The following terms and conditions apply to the sale of products on www.teddykompaniet.com by Teddykompaniet i Båstad AB (hereinafter referred to as "Teddykompaniet"), organization number 556289-2686, Stenhusvägen 2A, 269 36 Båstad, Sweden. More information can be found under each subject tab.

When you complete your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes details about the product(s), price(s), billing, and shipping address(es). If there is any error in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately via email at order@teddykompaniet.se.

We reserve the right to adjust prices and correct any pricing errors. Payments are processed via invoices sent separately from us after a order is completed.

We reserve the right for any errors in texts on this website and the possible unavailability of products. We do not guarantee that images accurately reflect the exact appearance of products, as slight color variations may occur due to screen settings, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to present products as accurately as possible.

  • Delivery Time: Our standard delivery time is 2-4 business days depending on what country and delivery method you choose. Our order handling may take up to 2 days depending on workloads. If delivery delays occur (without prior notification), contact us at order@teddykompaniet.se with your order number.

Before returning a defective item, contact us via email at order@teddykompaniet.se for approval. Include your order number and company name and a description of the defect. Complaints must be submitted immediately after detecting the defect.

If we cannot rectify the issue or replace the item, we will refund you in accordance with consumer protection legislation. We cover return shipping costs for approved complaints.

We reserve the right to reject complaints if the product is deemed not defective under consumer protection laws.

If you have any complaints about our products or services, please reach out to our customer service first. If we are unable to resolve the issue together, you are welcome to contact the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.

We assume no liability for indirect damages that may arise due to the product:

Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), such as labor disputes, fires, wars, governmental decisions, or supply shortages.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
If a dispute cannot be resolved with our customer service, you may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). If you reside in another EU country, complaints can be filed online via the EU Commission's dispute resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We comply with decisions from ARN or equivalent dispute resolution bodies. Disputes regarding these terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be published on our website and are considered accepted when placing an order or visiting the website.
