Our standard delivery time is between 2-4 business days from you've received a order confirmation. Depending on where you're located the delivery time might change.

During busy holiday seasons, such as Christmas, delivery times may be longer due to high demand. To ensure your order arrives on time, we recommend placing your order well in advance.

If you wish to cancel your order or change/add anything to your order please contact us at order@teddykompaniet.se

Our standard terms are 30 days net unless anything else is stated or discussed. Please reach out to us at order@teddykompaniet if you have any inquiries.

If your product is damaged, please email us at order@teddykompaniet.se and describe the issue with the product. It’s helpful if you can include photos and the article/batch number.

The article/batch number can be found on the small white fabric tag sewn onto the toy or on the product’s packaging.
